How long do e-gift cards last?
A gift card/e-gift card is valid for 24 months from the last spend on it. If you don’t use it within 24 months, any remaining balance will be cancelled. What is the difference between a gift card, an e-gift card and a gift voucher?
How does an e-gift card work?
E-Gift Cards work just like regular Gift Cards, however, a digital card with a code is emailed to the recipient. A copy of the E-Gift Card will also be sent to the purchaser as confirmation that the email was sent. E-Gift Cards are used just like regular Gift Cards online or in stores.

How do I check the balance on my eGift card?
To check your gift card balance click “My Account” in the top right then “Gift Card Balance”. A pop-up window will appear and you will enter the gift card number and PIN located on the back of the card or in your eGift certificate email.
Can you send an e gift card anonymously?
No! The gift card doesn’t have any information on it! However, inside the box, will include a slip of paper that will include the senders name and any message the sender included.
What can I do if my gift card expires?
If your prepaid card expires while you still have money on it, you may be able to request a replacement card to access the funds. You may also try to close out your account by requesting that your balance be mailed to you in the form of a check. The provider might charge you a fee for this.
